The Meetings Industry Council of Colorado (MIC) is proud to announce the next evolution of our annual conference and trade show: MIC Converge.
At the 2025 conference, our theme “Foundation to Future” celebrated an important milestone, 25 years of bringing the meetings and hospitality industry together. While we reflected on the incredible foundation built by our community, we also asked an important question: What comes next?
The answer is Converge.

For more than two decades, MIC has united people, organizations, and ideas across Colorado’s meetings and hospitality community. Our annual conference has always been more than a traditional trade show, it is a place where conversations spark opportunity, partnerships grow, and the industry moves forward together.
The name Converge reflects that spirit.
It represents the collaboration that defines MIC where planners and suppliers, leaders and emerging professionals, ideas and innovation all coming together in one place. It also helps distinguish MIC as a year-round organization from the conference experience itself. While the conference is one of our most visible moments, MIC serves the community 365 days a year through education, advocacy, and connection.

At its core, Converge reinforces something our industry knows well: people matter most. As the industry continue to evolve with technology and trends, face-to-face relationships remain the foundation of meaningful progress.
MIC Converge captures what we do best, which is bringing our community together to Meet, Ignite, and Connect.
As we step into this next chapter, we remain committed to creating a space where our industry can converge, collaborate, and thrive for the next 25 years and beyond.
