Serving Up Hope 2021

2021 Serving Up Hope

The Meetings Industry Council of Colorado is disappointed to announce the cancellation of the 2021 Serving Up Hope event on November 2, 2021.

While table and individual ticket sales have been strong this year, the Serving Up Hope committee has had a difficult time finding restaurants and hotels able to donate the staff and food it takes to put on this event.  Organizations that have traditionally supported Serving Up Hope for years simply don’t have the resources to do so in 2021.

Therefore, out of deference to our restaurant partners, we’ve decided to cancel the November 2 event this year.

MIC wants to continue to honor its support of the Food Bank of the Rockies.  We ask those that bought tables and individual tickets to consider allowing us to pass 100% of what they’ve paid on to the Food Bank of the Rockies.  Additionally, donations to the Food Bank of the Rockies can be made on the Serving Up Hope web page, which will remain open through the end of November.

Should you still like to donate to the Food Bank of the Rockies you may still do so by clicking here or via the button below.

Please know that this was a difficult decision, but given the current industry resource and staff issues, we believe it is the right one.

We look forward to a stronger hospitality industry and seeing you at Serving Up Hope in 2022.

Sincerely,

MIC Council of Colorado
